Membrane chromatography is a new separation technology combining the advantages of chromatography and membrane technology. It makes function group connect to the pore of membrane, which can absorb protein. When the solution of protein passes the membrane chromatography, it can choose special protein to absorb. After the membrane chromatography adsorbs enough protein, the protein can be desorbed. In this way, the aim to separate and purification proteins has been reached. It request the membranes which are used as medium materials have high surface porosity. The proteins can pass through the surface of membrane easily. And the cross section of membrane has relatively narrow channels. The function groups can adsorb proteins easily. Polyethersulfone (PES) is one of the widely used membrane materials due to its excellent property. It has been used in the preparation of microtiltraton and ultrafitration membranes. For improving the adsorption of the PES which is used as the medium of materials, the experiment used the method of dual-bath coagulation to prepare PES flat-sheet type membrane. The effect of the kind and content of the first coagulation on the structure of the surface and cross-section of the membranes had been researched.PES flat-sheet type membranes were prepared by a phase separation method, using PES as membrane matrix material, NMP as solvent, and PEG-400 as complex additives. The solution of ethanol, glycerin or DMAc was used as the first oagulation. The effect of the different condition of coagulation on the structure of membrane had been researched. It was showed that the cross-section structure of membrane was spongy pore, when the solution of DMAc was used as the first coagulation. When the content of DMAc in the first coagulation was upper 50%, the surface of membrane has appeared porous structure. Using the solution of other kinds of coagulation can get the dense surface of membrane.The hollow fiber membrane with high surface porosity was prepared with the solution of NMP and acetone as exterior liquid by triple orifice spinneret. The hollow fiber had surface porosity when the high consistence solution of solvent was used as exterior liquid. According that, the resin mixture of PES hollow fiber hybrid membrane was prepared with the solution of NMP as exterior liquid and anion exchange resin D061 as functional particles by triple orifice spinneret. The effect of the consistence of NMP in the coagulating bath and content of resin in the membranes on the structure and the adsorption capability of membrane were researched. The result showed that the resin mixed PES hollow fiber hybrid membrane was prepared with the 75% of resin additives content and 70%-80% of NMP content as exterior liquid. This membrane had high water flux and BSA adsorption. The surface of this membrane had high porosity, so the protein can pass through the surface of membrane easily.
