Feasibility and optimum operating conditions of ultrafiltration and comet fiber filter followed by reverse osmosis were tested through a series of trials. Pilot plant shows that the comet fiber filter has alarge pollution catching range. with the comparison between two UF membranes,it is proved which one is feasible for the reverse osmosis(RO) both on the water quality and on thesystem stability. The running parameters are optimized through the analysis of the water quality.In this test we use different manufacturers and models of reverse osmosis membrane to treat the circulating cooling-water for comparative testing, finding the most suitable RO membrane types for handling the circulating cooling-water. For destructive experiment to test its ability of resist acid and alkali and cleaning restorative. Adjusted the addition of scale inhibiter, hydrochloric acid and reductant , certification the pressure, temperature and other environmental factors on the desalting, Access to the most effective and economical operation parameters to guide the project.
