The Research On Intermediate Frequency Heated Machine Of Bending Pipe Based On PLC

To satisfy the need of domestic industry for the high quality and accuracy of the bending pipe, the PLC-based large scale intermediate frequency heating machine of bending pipe is reasearched in this paper. Firstly its structure has been analyzed and main mechanical components are calculated. Then a hydraulic system is looted to replace the traditional mechanical transmission.the machine control system based on PLC is researched.The control system mainly includes three parts. They are the degree, temperature and movement control. Field control system adopts the PLC, while PC as industry computer. Making use of communication function of PLC, a simple and practical Monitoring Software is developed using VB to achieve the purpose of the constant monitoring. A additionally control system also adopt the touch screen, to make the Human-Computer Interaction more convenient.
