Numerical control technology is one of the fastest growingtechnology in recent years, therefore, CNC bending and cutting pipe machine iscombined numerical control technology with bending and cutting technology, alongwith the machine tool industry developing. Its high degree of automation, highefficiency, suitable for rapid precise bending complex space curve. As the core of CNCbending and cutting pipe machine, Performance of the control system of great influenceon the accuracy and efficiency of the entire device. Therefore, the research anddevelopment of advanced CNC bending and cutting pipe machine control system is ofgreat practical significance.In view of the existing CNC bending pipe machine and CNC cutting pipe machineon the market at present, this paper puts forward the concept of CNC bending andcutting pipe machine for the first time. To develop a CNC bending and cutting controlsystem of powerful function, stable performance, small volume, the price is right, theintegration of bending and cutting pipe.This paper first describes a variety of pipe bending process and cutting process aswell as CNC pipe bending machine and numerical control cutting machine at home andabroad has carried on the induction and summary.Bending and cutting characteristicsare analyzed, a sure core research and development of single-mode roundabout andgrinding wheel cutting for the integration of numerical control bend pipe cuttingmachine control system. Based on the system demand analysis and the existingproblems, puts forward the control system design scheme and feasibility analysis.Analyzed the influence of tubing processing progress of the key factors: pipe processingof elastic rebound and elongation deformation, describes the tubing absolute coordinates,incremental coordinates and their mutual transformation model, determine the absolutecoordinates using parameterized input, and then converted to the correspondingincrement coordinates according to the calculation. On the basis of the analysis andinduction, and puts forward the STM32F103VC microprocessor as the control chip ofthe overall control scheme of numerical control bend pipe cutting machine.STM32F103VC as core processor, this paper combines the movement characteristics of the processing of the curved pipe cutting and control systemfunctional requirements, design the hardware platform of the control system ofnumerical control bend pipe cutting machine. Each function module circuit wasintroduced in detail the design and implementation. Studied the motion control chip andthe design of interface between servo driver. And introduced the hardware interferencesources and processing methods, establish a relatively stable control platform.This thesis mainly designs the software system design of the control system, mainlyincludes the software system overall design, according to the overall design, putsforward some specific solutions to the coordinate transformation, realize the parametricprogramming of bending parts. Design the software system main function realization.Finally, a simple interference sources in the CNC system software system are analyzedand the corresponding anti-interference measures.Finally, this paper research content is summarized, and the development ofnumerical control bend pipe cutting machine was discussed.
