Research Into Influence Factors Of Waste-fluid Of Hoggery In Anaerobic Decomposition

The exploitation and utilization of energy resources have close relation with the development of social productivity, technological advance and improvement of human living standard. With the decrease of the fossil energy, the improvement of mankind energy demand year by year. The renewable energy resources make it important. The application of biogas technology is a valid method of treatments the energy crisis. The animal manure that is one of the chief pollution resources from livestock and poultry farms at present, as well as unreasonable utilization of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, result in serious environmental pollution and jeopardize the health of the human being.Anaerobic decomposition have been applied to treatment of waste-fluid of hoggery widely. many factors impact on anaerobic decomposition, such as temperature,raw material of concentration,acidity,nutriment,inoculant etc.In this research, experimentations has designed to register the impact of the fators upon anaerobic decomposition. firstly, holding the line of concentration and other conditions, the experimentations has been on the choosed temperature separately, which are 25℃,35℃,55℃.In the reaction record the value of biogas and COD for analysis. when the temperature is 35℃, it have good effect on anaerobic decomposition, such as the max amount of biogas,the high efficiency of produce. And then, holding the line of temperature and other conditions, the experimentations has been on the choosed concentration separately, which are 10%,12%,15%,20%.In the reaction record the value of biogas and COD for analysis. When the concentration is 15%,it get max biogas and high rate of decarbonylate, acidity, PH-value is one of fators impacting on anaerobic decomposition. Generally, it need the acidity keep neutral or alkalescence. In the raction, PH-value is between 7.5 and 8.4, the raction have best efficiency of biogas' produce and degrader. At one time, nutriment and inoculant are also important factors impacting the experimentations. The nutriment can promote the efficiency of biogas' produce and degrader availably.In one word, Anaerobic decomposition effect of waste-fluid of hoggery may get the best, when it meet these conditons that it get 35℃,15%( raw material of concentration) and 7.5-8.4(Value of PH),and it can promote the efficiency of biogas' produce and degrader availably adding measurable nutriment of anaerobic decomposition.
