Porous starch is a perfect adsorbents,it can adsorbs many kinds of materials.But its surface has covered entirely the hydrophilic hydroxyl,so it was very low to the fat-soluble material adsorptive capacity.In addition the starch's mechanical strength and bearing capacity to adsorbent have certain degree depression after forms the hole.Thus,the subject was mainly studied about the systematic modified processing to porous starch,strengthen its hydrophobic and the structural stability,thereby widen the porous starch application area.Capsanthin is a oil-soluble natural red pigment,so it is very difficult to misce bene with other base material.Otherwise,capsanthin is not to be extremely unstable under the highlight, megatemperature and oxygen condition.Use the modified porous starch to adsorb oil-soluble capsanthin,prepare capsanthin powder that can enhances its serviceability and the stabilityWhile the subject research process,at the first:improve the hydrophobicity of porous starch,using acetylated and esterify two methods.Through comparison show that the optimum method is acetylated by dodecenyl succinic anhydride.The best conditions are addition of DDSA 6%,Na2CO34%,water 25%.The oil absorption rate of esterified porous starch starch is 25.5%higher than un-esterified microporous starch..Uses chemistry cross-linking method to strengthen the structural stability of porous starch.Through compares the three cross-linking method about POCl3, (NaPO3)3 and mixed acid,mixed acid cross-linking has the best effect.Freeze and thawing,aging-resistant,shearing-resistant and so on were all best.The best conditions are addition of mixed acid 5%,rate of mixed acid(g/mL)1:30,40℃,120min.The degree of cross linking is28.57%higher than origin porous starch.Then studied on the multiplicity-treated of esterized and cross-linked on the base of the above two methods。It is found that oil absorption rate and structural stability of porous starch that was cross-linked by mixed acid first,again esterized by dodecenyl succinic anhydride was get good results.Conclusion:the absorption rate of oil of porous starch is 36.2%higher than un-treated by multiplicity-treated of esterized then cross-linked.The optimum condition are addition of DDSA 8%,Na2CO35%,water 25%,addition of mixed acid 5%,rate of mixed acid(g/mL)1:30,40℃,120min,the absorption rate of oil of porous starch is 89.3%,sedimentation product is 1.70,36.2%, 19.05%higher than un-treated by multiplicity-treated of esterized then cross-linked.Not only after the modification the porous starch retained its hole adsorption erformance,but also has the good structural stability and oil bsorption ability.Takes it as the embedding material to prepared the powder capsanthin,has obtained the ideal effect.The embedding rate of new poeder pigment is 88.2%,and can the maximum to maintain pigment stability under the megatemperature,Shines 9 day under outdoor sunlight,survivl rate of pigment still remail 66.7%,exposed 40 day under the normal temperature,the peroxide value still satisfies the national standards.It is thus clear thai powdered capsanthin may enhanced its anti-megatemperature,the anti-highligh,the antioxygen stability obviously.
