Research On Sudden Natural Public Disaster Events Between The United States And China

Public crises have worldwide out broken since the 21st century. More and more people have recognized and accepted the view that public crisis management should be strengthened. With the development of economic, China has in a period of comprehensive transitions; it is a critical time that the public crises occur easily and frequently. Thus, how to avoid and deal with public crises, how to establish a crisis management system with Chinese characteristics has become urgent and important issues in China. In view of these, Chinese government should study the United States crisis management model, and combines dynamic and static management methods in China.From the angles of management system, deal system and legislation, through documentary research, comparative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper studies the difference of emergency management between the United States and China.
