The design and synthesis of organic-inorganic hybrid compounds based on polyoxometalates has attracted great attention in recent years. A successful synthetic strategy to prepare hybrid materials involves the combination of the organic ligands and polyoxoanions. On the basis of molecular design and assembly, the polyoxomentalates compounds as building blocks were successfully synthesized the polyoxomentals with chiral characterization, bicapped compounds and sandwich-typed complexity by hydrothermal method, which are decorated or bridged by transition mental ions and organic ligands through covalent or supramolecular interaction. These compounds were character by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopic, optical property, thermal and magnetic property.(I) Two based on Keggin polyoxoanions 3D chiral network compounds [CuI(phen)2]4[PW11.5VICu0.5IIO40] (1) and[CuII(phen)3]3(OH)[VIVO4][SiWVI12O40] ?2H2O (2) have been gained, which were linked byπ?πstacking interactions of 1.10'-phen. Compound [Cr(aea)]2(OH)2 (3) was obtained by hydrothermal method, which is a containing chiral ligand racemic. These compounds are characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA, solid luminescent, XPS, XRD and EPS.(II) Using hydrothermal synthetic technology, we have synthesized two bicapped polyoxomentales (Et3NH)0.5(en)2H1.5[SiMoV2MoVI10O40(VIVO)2]?4.5H2O (4) [CuII(phen)]2Cl3[PMo6VMo6VIO40(VIVO)2][CuII(phen)]2?2H2O (5)and a Poly- oxovanadate[Mn(en)3]2en0.5[HV8VV8IVO38(Cl)]·4.5H2O (6). The compound (4) were extended by V–O–V bonds, compound (5) is a bicapped bisupporting polyoxomentalate. Each [PMo6VMo6VIO40(VIVO)2]5? unit acts as a ligand covalently bonded to two {[CuII(phen)]2}2+ subunits through the terminal oxygen atoms of the two capping V atoms. These compounds are characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA, XPS and XPD.(III) A sandwich-type compound (C7N4H17)2NH(CH3)[K(H2O)]4Na(H2O)5- [Co4(H2O)2(α-PW9O34)]?2H2O (7) were synthesized by hydrothermal method, which display 2D netwok in the help of K+ ion. This compound are characterized by IR, elemental analysis, XRD and the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilites.
