The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material is a new type of composite functional material,and because of its composition and structure,it has both organic and inorganic components,so that it not only has the structure of the machine component,but also has an adjustable structure.The mechanical plasticity also has the characteristics of good photoelectric properties,thermal stability and electronic motion of inorganic components.Since the structure is not simply stacked by the organic and inorganic components,but is connected by the conjugation of hydrogen bonds,the organic-inorganic components are alternately stacked,and the heterogeneous crystal structure is formed.Therefore,the organic-inorganic hybrid The perovskite material possesses many unique properties not possessed by the inorganic component and the organic component,such as a suitable band gap width,a high light absorption coefficient,a balanced electron hole injection distance,and a large dielectric parameter.And other excellent characteristics.It has extremely important applications in many fields including solar cells,electronic displays and optical sensors.In recent years,the research boom of researchers has attracted much attention.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part focuses on the structural composition of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials,as well as the research progress and application in various fields in recent years.The second part introduces the various research instruments and various drugs required for synthetic experiments;The synthesis and structure of hydroxyaminobipyridine compounds and their derivatives were introduced.The target molecule 3-amino-3'-hydroxy-2,2'-bipyridine with fluorescent properties was synthesized,and then Boc protection was carried out.And alkylation research,and carried out the characteristics of fluorescence,infrared,nuclear magnetic properties;the fourth chapter mainly introduces 3-amino-3'-hydroxy-2,2'-bipyridine as an organic template,and several Some organic-inorganic hybrid complex crystals were synthesized from inorganic halogenated metal salts,and their crystal structures and properties such as infrared,fluorescence and dielectric were further studied.
