Orychophragmus,another name: February Portland, belongs to Cruciferae..It containis protein, carbohydrate, crude fiber beta-scarotene and V(Bâ–¡Câ–¡P), and also contains Ca, P , K, Mg , Fe, and other mineral elements, eg :Cu, Zn, Mn, and other trace elements. The most valuable thing is that it contains eight amino acids. Years of research work mainly concentrated in using Orychophragmus as food and fuel, , and that the plant has a bioactive substances and flavonoids multifaceted role of biological activity have rarely been reported, Orychophragmus Chinese cuisine with a record of active ingredients: "warm in nature, Weixin, bitter, Gan, Ruwei "It is widely distributed in China, and is rich in resources,so it has a great potential for the development of the plant. Orychophragmus flavonoids study is also uncommon, This paper mainly deals of Orychophragmus was aimed at exploring the unknown with the flavonoids and their biological activity, lay the foundation for further development and use.with the extraction of Orychophragmus, Microwave assisted extraction of ethanol from Orychophragmus in flavonoids, Through single factor test, and the concentration of ethanol extraction, the microwave power, microwave liquid than time and materials to L9 (34) orthogonal choice test, the optimal conditions for extraction: is as follows; liquid than 1g:10mL, and the volume fraction of 70% ethanol, microwave time of 4 min, 600 W microwave power.Using macroporous resin for the ADS-17 Orychophragmus flavonoids dedicated separation resin WE can get that the best conditions for the refining:are as follows; adsorption rate of 3 mL/min, elution flow rate was 1.5 mL/min, Drive High 1:20, eluant choose 60% ethanol solution, eluant three times the amount of resin bed volume. Under these conditions the eluate be used to vacuum freeze-dry method, Orychophragmus flavonoids pale yellow powder can be obtained. Flavonoids product purity is 30.7 percent, the ADS-17 resin followed by adsorption, elution, the product into the original purity of flavonoids on the kind of column is the 4.65 times.than that of before.Using of color reaction product testing, a variety of reagents positive results show that Orychophragmus contain flavonoids or alcohol. TLC use qualitative products flavonoids may be flavonoids, according to the above, certain products flavonoids may be flavonoids.Finally flavonoids have good antioxidant and free radical scavenging ability to prevent the formation of free radicals in the body. This study shows Orychophragmus flavonoids on the antioxidant role of lard, to establish its strong oxidation, oxidation resistance as flavonoids concentration was gradually increased in a dose-response relationship. And the system produced by the Fenton ? OH scavenging effects to a certain extent, with the total flavonoids Orychophragmus extract concentration increase, which ? OH radical scavenging ability to enhance that when the concentration of flavonoids increased, their clearance rate also increased.
