The catalyzed iron inner electrolysis(CIIE)process is a new developed method for wastewater treatment.In this process,zero-valent cupper is adopted as cathode to form the galvanic cells with zero-valent iron,which mack the reduction capacity of zero-valent iron and the efficiency of electro-chemical reaction improved.It is easier for the refractory organic pollutants to turn into biodegradable matters through this process.Aiming at the problem for metallic catalytic electrodes is hard to be widely used in catalyzed iron inner electrolysis technology because of its high cost,combining the theory of inner electrolysis plating with the traditional electroless plating technics,copperizing on steel piece and tokening the physics and chemistry capability.In order to solving the hypo-contaminative problem during copper reclaiming and preparation of bluestone,improving the traditional technics and reclaiming the copper in waste liquid,moreover,preparing bluestone.Through the reduction of reactive blue K-3R,reviewing the catalyzed active of Fe-Cu plating electrode and comparing with the reduction capacity of Fe-Cu electrode.Through the reduction capacity of hypo-batch test under different thickness for Fe-Cu plating catalyzed iron inner electrolysis technology,reviewing the stabilization of copperizing layer in running process.Investigating the kinetics of reactive blue K-3R and realistic wastewater is disposed.First,the Cu plating electrode is made by new process of the preparation of metallic catalytic plating electrodes,when the concentration of CuSO4 is 15g/L, EDTA is 40g/L,a-a is 25mg/L,pH value is 10,temperature is 30℃,reaction time is 0.5h,the uniformity brightness compact layer is obtained.The binding energy is 26N.The upper ratio of reclaiming and preparation is acquired after improving the examination copper reclaiming and preparation of bluestone,the ratio of copper reclaiming is 97.5%,the ratio of preparation of bluestone is 97%.None nocuousness gas will be produced in the new process,operation is convient,the better benefit of environment,economy,society is acquired.Through the token of deposition rate,thickness,binding energy,corrosion rate and view,reviewing the physics and chemistry capability of the layer in various conditions.The results showed that,when the concentration of EDTA is 40g/L,pH value is 11,temperature is 35℃,the highest deposition rate is acquired.The thickness is increased as the time prolonged,the increasing range is biggish before 1.5h,hencefore,it is decreasing,when 2.5h,the thickness is 37.4μm.The binding energy is increased as the time prolonged,the highest binding energy is 42.6N at 1.5h,hencefore,it is gradually decreasing,the binding energy is just 19.3N.The corrosion rate decreased as the time prolonged,the highest corrosion rate is 169μm/y at 0.5h,it is placed in the middle at 1.5h and least at 2.5h,the corrosion rate is only 42μm/y.When the ratio of Fe and Cu is 3:1:1,pH value is 6.0,reaction time is 60min, temperature is 25℃,the initial concentrations of reactive blue K-3R is 700mg/L,the reduction efficiency is highest,The ratio of wiping off for chroma and COD is 99.79%and 64.81%,respectively,it is rather close to the reduction capacity of Fe-Cu.When the ratio of Fe and Cu and zeolite is 3:1:1,pH value is 6.0,air flow rate is 0.6L/min,the reduction capacity of Fe-Cu plating is excellent.The ratio of wiping off for COD and chroma is higher than 60%and 90%,respectively.It shows that Fe-Cu plating catalyzed iron inner electrolysis technology will degrade the realistic wastewater efficiently.
