Therefore the powder falling behind to these grinds a handicraft need to carry out an improvement right away .For to use the old buildinga andmachines,and save cost,We use the Roller Press to smash the raw material.In the paper,in the first the Author Introductioned the Chingese cement Industrial Production,and got that useing the Roller Press to Instead The mill can save lost of energy.Then the Author Introductioned Roller Press's principle,and detailed ntroductioned it sructure and nature. In the third part of the paper, starting the electrical design.First the Author designed the Overall,made the all parts of the Roller Press's process control, and it's Starting Stoping and the Normal operation's process control.The fourth part of the paper is the Electrical Control System Of Roller Press's Hardware design, It Including the Power Supply the selection of PLC,and the DCS.The fifth part of the paper is the Software Design,in this part,the Author designed the start of the system and the Analog processing.the core is the Hydraulic system's designing. the sixth of the paper is the improvement of this system , in this part, using fuzzy contal to improvementing the system,and used MATLAB to Simulation,got very good effect.
