With the rapid development of modern techology,the advanced technology is used in modern design more widely,such as the application of CAD,CAE,CAM,ECT,computer aided design.These modern design method not only raises the design speed,but also make peoduccts designed by these methods more reliable;and its appearance is more beautiful.It can save a lot of human and physical sources,thus the competitive of the products is increased.However,a few companies in our country only use this advanced design method.In order to shorten the distance of advanced technology between our and foreign coontry.These modern design methods should be applied in various fields.Paper Machine pressure grinding roller is the key component,The application condition of the Pressure Grinding Roller is more worse than other Construction machine。The working load beard by Pressure Grinding Roller enlarged according to the requirements of huge projects.In the artice,based on the theory of the finite element method,built the characteristic entity model of the Crusner roller by AUTOCAD;and built the finite element model of the Pressure Grinding Roller by ANSYS.Through analysis,confirmed the maximal stresss position and distortion trend of the pressure grinding roller when it works.and provided an important warranty to establish the design project of the Pressure Grinding Roller.Then based on the fuzzy reliability theory,this theme makes a fuzzy reliability analysis of the pressure grinding rolle and the fuzzy reliability optimization design of the Pressure Grinding Roller.Applying the reliability method of Failure Mode Effect Fuzzy Analysis (FMEFA),the theme makes a fuzzy evaluation analysis for the possible failure modes,failure causes and failure effects in crusher system,and sort the criticality of failures.Some corresponding measures for improvement have been put forward to promote the reliability of system and to reduce the possibility of system breakdown as far as possible.And based on this analysis,the system reliability has been allocated to parts of the system and subsystem reasonably,which has provided the fuzzy reliability timization design of pressure grinding roller with proper reliability.According to the design requirements and the working condition,a reliability study on crush rollers is developed with the application of fuzzy mathematics,establishes a proper mathematics model,and changes fuzzy optimization model into routineoptimization model, then theoptimization programs are designed and the optimal design results obtained by calculating...
