With the development of manufacturing technologies, product market demand and Manufacturing globalization trend, Many varieties of small batch and single-order mode of production,which has been gradually replaced mass production, hit the mainstream. As the market competition becoming more and more fierce, it promotes the enterprise should produce reliable quality of products within the shortest time and the lowest cost. As one of modern design means, the application of digital design significantly improve the product R&D efficiency, reduce the production costs and strengthen the competing strength of the enterprise.The thesis mainly work in the following several aspects, with the enterprise product competitiveness as starting point, with W43T-120X3000 seven roller straightening machine frame as the research object.1.Based on in-depth analyzed the basic structure of seven roller straightening machine frame, the finite element model was simplified, static analysis on seven roller straightening machine frame was carried out, which checked the strength and stiffness whether meet the conditions, and provided the theory basis for the optimization design of frame.2.The upper beam structure was optimized, which made its strength meet the requirements. The optimization design of upper beam, lower beam, lower frame was carried out by substructure method. With the lightest of each parts of frame weights as optimized object, with allowable maximum stress and displacement of vertical direction of each parts as constraint conditions, reasonable choice of steel thickness as the design variables, an optimization design mathematical model was established. After optimization, frame materials got reasonable use, and the production cost of enterprise was greatly reduced, in the premise of satisfying the strength and stiffness of each parts of frame.3.The model analysis of seven roller straightening machine frame after optimization was carried out, the frame's each step natural frequency and vibration mode in existing boundary conditions was analyzed, the frame whether occurring resonance and noise pollution was judged. On the basic of model analysis, harmonic response analysis of the frame after optimization was carried out, the displacement response and change rule under the given excitation of the key parts of affecting seven roller straightening machine frame was researched.This paper studies help seven roller straightening machine frame to be optimized design and improvement. They have clear engineering significance to improve product quality and reduce the cost and development cycles, solve urgent need of enterprise and provide good reference for the same problem research.
