Research Of NC Machining Technology In Web

Net worked manufacture is an important component part for realized industry informatization. The agility, distribute, dynamic and cooperation has brought it to the attention of the members from advanced manufacture. The basic technology foradvanced manufacture--NC machining is important instrument in networkedmanufacture.NC machining technology based on networked manufacture is that using network communications technology connects distributed enterprise at different terrain with different design and machining resources for realize sharing resource and integrating information, it completes design and machining at strange land without restriction of space and time, better bring into play preponderant role of soft-hardware resources in the NC machining. The main work of this paper is to study on basal technology for networked NC machining, shown as follows:(1) Building of the model of net worked manufacture.(2) Network announcing and browsing of the modelling of products' characteristic.(3) Products'simulation processing.(4)The transmission and long-distance NC processing of NC code.According to the research contents and results of this paper, the model of net worked manufacture system is successfully built, Net long-distance NC processing of products also is gained, the feasibility and correct of the design proposal is verified by specimen.
