Separation and enrichment as a means of extraction efficiency because of its high enrichment factor, simple operation, security, economic, easy to realize the advantages of the use by the people's grave concern and attention, and biological macromolecules Purification, small organic molecules and the separation of metal ions, such as the separation and enrichment receive a wide range of applications.Cloud Point extraction technology has been used for the separation and enrichment of trace elements and morphology analysis, and it can use a variety of detection technology. Spectrophotometric analysis with high accuracy and wide measurement, analysis speed, the advantages of less sample, and therefore has always been a cloud point of extraction technology with one of the main means of detection, the use of this technology is also known as Phase Separation spectrophotometry.The purpose of this paper is to cloud point extraction technology and UV - visible spectrophotometry combined to establish the actual samples of trace amounts of copper ion of the new method.
