The fertilizer plant wastewater can caused eutrophication easily because of the high content of ammonia nitrogen and nitric nitrogen in it, and the value of BOD5/COD of which are relatively low so it is not appropriate to adopt biological treatment method,some physico-chemical treatments or biochemical treatments after dilution are general adopted now.Currently,it is still very difficult for the effluent ammonia nitrogen and nitric nitrogen to accord with standard after treatment.For fertilizer plant wastewater quality and characteristics of ion exchange resin product,we do some basic research on treatment of fertilizer plant wastewater with ion exchange.In a lab-scale,we compared the adsorption ability of three cation resins to ammonia nitrogen and three anion resins to nitric nitrogen in the same working environment,and make sure cation resin D61and resin anion D301 can be used in the next dynamic experimental step.The experiment was arranged by perpendicular table L16(45)using resin dosage,the value pH,water velocity, flow rate of regeneration,and concentration of regenerative solution as impact factors of the exchange of cation resin to ammonia nitrogen and anion resin to nitric nitrogen.The effluent of resin regeneration was qualitative analyzed in this paper, and we proved that the secondary pollution of resin regeneration effluent can be avoided in the experiment.At the same time,it can bring certain economic efficiency and achieve resource conservation and wastewater reuse as some chemical products can be produced in it.The experiment results showed that,at room temperature circumstances, resin D61 have higher exchange ability to ammonia nitrogen than resin 001×7 and D001,and it has good anti-jamming capability.For resin anion,the exchange ability of D301 and D201 are higher than 201×7.The perpendicular experiment results showed that the primary and secondary sequence of the factors that impact the exchange capability of resin D61 is the value pH,water velocity,resin dosage,flow rate of regeneration,and concentration of regenerative solution.The best date collection for them are 70cm high for resin dosage,6 for the value pH,9.4cm/min for water velocity,9.4cm/min for flow rate of regeneration and 25%for concentration of regenerative solution.For resin D301,the sequence is the value pH,resin dosage,water velocity,flow rate of regeneration,and concentration of regenerative solution,and the best date collection for them is 50cm high for resin dosage,6 for the value pH,9.4cm/min for water velocity,9.4cm/min for flow rate of regeneration and 20%for concentration of regenerative solution.The variance analysis showed that Influent pH has particularly significant impact on the exchange capacity of both cation and anion resin.
