Paper making is one of the important pillar industry and using bagasse as raw material for paper making is the characteristic in Guangxi. But bagasse engender massive odor which can polluted environment and affect livelihood of residents in the process with stacking. This article made the qualitative and quantitative analysis about composition of volatile odor from bagasse stracking process and infiltration fluid through GC-MS, HS-GC, UV, IC. It also has carried on the discussion regarding the influence factor about odor ingredient and density.Through GC-MS analysis the easy volatile matter in bagasse stacking process and infiltration fluid belong to the ketones, the aldehydes and the acids. The ingredient is different with four kind of specimen handling method examination, but main five materials are the acetaldehyde, the acetone, 2- butanone, 2- pentanone, the acetic acid. Each sample is all to have the four materials that are the the acetone, from HS-GC analysis. The density that volatilizes to the gas phase of acetone is 233.62μg/g, the density of 2-butanone is 137.2μg/g, the density of 2-pentanone is 84.81μg/g, the density of acetaldehyde is 13.99μg/g from the bagasses which are deposited for 5 months go against the conditions as HS temperature with 40℃and vibration to balance using 20 minutes. The UV spectrogram demonstrated that there is a obvious absorption peak in 279nm place in infiltration fluid. The main materials are the fat class aldehydes and the ketones compounds. It can be obtained that the material density of water sample in November is the most biggest and in March from Nantang sweet factory is the most smallest according to the absorbancy.IC gave us three kind of sour densities in six samples as follows: In January, the density of acetic acid is 267mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 10.83 mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 22.46 mg/L; In March, the density of acetic acid is 424.46 mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 22.25 mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 54.34 mg/L; In August, the density of acetic acid is 2967.32mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 153.58 mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 493.95mg/L; In November, the density of acetic acid is 3121.9mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 153.83mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 532.68mg/L; The density of acetic acid is 767.21 mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 23.64mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 308.49mg/L in number one sample from Pumiao paper making factory. The density of acetic acid is 940.86mg/L, the density of propionic acid is 42.76mg/L, the density of butyric acid is 374.73mg/L in number two sample from Pumiao paper making factory.Through above four method analysis, we can get that the influence factors of bagasse odor ingredient and the sour density in infiltration fluid mainly are the specimen handling method, the season, the temperature, the stack time, the stack quantity and sprays the water volume, the sampling position (top, central, bottom), the sampling place (different factories). The influence factors of odor spreading mainly are the inversion temperature inversion, the atmospheric stability and wind.
