As the high development of the global econoy, the contradiction of the supplyand demand of energy sources is so prominent. However, the refining sugar industry,which is already high-octane, has existed for a long time in our country. The surgarmill which makes the bagasse be the fuel, burns the bagasse which is fromcompression, and then feeds the fuel to the boiler. The main mode for the boiler ofsurgar mill’s own thermoelectric plant is the bassage boiler. The usual piping linesystem for the bassage boiler contains primary air, secondary air and thirdly air whichis before the boiler. Almost the most of the usual piping line system of surgar millsdesigns the primary air fan, the secondary air fan and the thirdly air fan according totheir own piping line system. Although all the equipments of the most surgar mills arevery easy to accommodate, the system which contains the configure is also verycomplicated, and increases the consume of the energy and the total investment for allthe equipments.In the actual circulation of the surgar mills, in order to satisfy the demand of therunnable load and regulation, the primary air, the secondary air and the thirdly air isabsolutely necessarily in the whole burning process, considering the character of thefule which has loosen texture, large volume and high moisture. However, if only onefan can satisfy the piping line system, that is to say, the instance that using only onefan to supply the primary air, the secondary air and the thirdly air is very lacking inthe country and overseas.In order to respond the policy of energy-saving, resource-reducing of our country,this article will analyze a successful project which had already actualized that onlyone fan satisfied the recomand of the primary air, the secondary air and the thirdly air.And calculate the air output, the dimension and resistance of the air pipe accord to allof the factors of the piping line system, then proves the truth that using only one fancan satisfy the whole piping line system.When the bassage boiler was running in thelocale in Mali, it really proved that the state of the boiler running when only one fanwas used was very well, and it made the proportion and the modulation of the primaryair, the secondary air and the thirdly air be true, though the bassage boiler of thepower plant could run normally.Using only one fan satisfies the recomand of the whole piping line system whichcontains the primary air, the secondary air and the thirdly air, reduces the energy wastage, saves investments, and achieves the automatic control and optimization ofthe bagasse boiler combustion process, thereby it enhances the bagasse boilercombustion efficiency.
