Filling Mining plays an important part in the production of Tonglushan Mine,and its systemic security is the pillars of overall security. With the goal of comprehensive assessment about mining system security and according to the principles on mining systemic safety and the mining systemic characters of Tonglushan Mine, it can compartmentalize the systemic safety assessment units of Filling Mining. It can also determine the evaluation index membership of systemic security according to the setting system-level structure based on the mining systemic characters of Tonglushan Mine. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model by the use of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, it can carry on to comprehensive analyze and evaluate the systemic safety of Mining Filling about Tonglushan Mine.An important factor that causes mining accidents is mine emergencies. Viewing the analysis of accidents tree as the analysis tool, basing on the determination of index weight by the basic structure coefficient and Delphi method, and the production of basic polymerization incident, a mine safety evaluation index system can be constituted. In addition, by the analysis of systemic security weaknesses and effects by unexpected events, a comprehensive and quantitative analysis of systemic security of filling mining about Tonglushan Mine can be implemented.With systemic research of the mine and the using of comprehensive evaluation model about systemic safety, the integrated value of Filling Mining's systemic safety about Tonglushan Mine is 0.7295. So, the classic of systemic security of Tonglushan Mine can be defined to be basic security system and targets for the security weaknesses can be analyzed and summed up. The model can also be referenced for safety assessment of Filling Mining by similar mines.
