Complexity of mining extracting decides that safe evaluation in mine is a complicated system engineering. The analytic hierarchy process is used in this paper when the security level of coal production system is analyzed. However, the tradition analytic hierarchy process needi test consistency, If not satisfied , it need to recount once again. the improvement of analytic hierarchy process is carried on in this paper, it can satisfy the consistency requirements. It don't need test. It is a simple, direct methods.Safety evaluation theory of domestic and international are studied in this paper are studied, also development status of safety evaluation technique and characteristics of methods of safety evaluation in coal mine. In the theoretical basis of hazard of the underground production system, combinating the expert scoring and risk evaluation of the working conditions, hazards are analyzed and evaluated, a safety evaluation system is established in coal mine production. This paper utilizes unascertained measure in the safety evaluation in coal mine production, analytic hierarchy process is improved, improved measure model of analytic hierarchy process is constructed. Also, according to findings on the scene, based on the improved analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation factors weights are determined. Besides, the safety degree of mine is determined by analyzing comprehensively mine safety level, which makes the weight more scientific and reasonable in mine safety. What's more, the unascertained measure model of comprehensive safety evaluation in coal mine is established and safety elements are degraed. Besides, the safety degree of mine is determined by comprehensively mine safety level.Finally, this paper applies evaluation method of AHP measure into Jiu longshan coal mine and points out its safety grade. Hence, it can be applied widely in the safety evaluation of ordinary industrial enterprises.
