Abstract/Summary:
The harmfulness of dangerous chemicals runs through the processes of their production, transportation, usage and storage. The technology of dangerous chemicals management is to their danger classification. As a kind of dangerous chemicals, oxidizing liquid has immense fire risk. At present, the study on oxidizing liquids fire risk classification is not sufficient. Studying the test method of oxidizing liquids fire risk classification conduces to effectively manage oxidizing liquids, reduces the occurrence of fire and explosion. This study has gigantic application value.Referring to the UN. Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. Model Regulations and the UN. Transport of dangerous goods-manual of tests and criteria, this paper establishes the test method of oxidizing liquids fire risk classification, designs and makes testing devices. Depending on the test study on three kinds of oxidizing liquids (50% perchloric acid solution, 40% sodium chlorate solution, 65% nitric acid solution) , this paper validates the veracities and reliabilities of classification standard, test method and test devices. On that basis, this paper studies the fire risks of different qualities of the mixture which is constituted of oxidizing liquids and combustible substance, the influences of different combustible substance diameter to the fire risks of oxidizing liquids and the fire risks of six kinds of liquids. The experimental results show as follow:(1) The test method of oxidizing liquids fire risk classification that was established by the UN. Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. Model Regulations and UN. Transport of dangerous goods-manual of tests and criteria is accurate and feasible.(2) Regarding to airproofing, pressure collection, igniting control, control software, data disposal, the test devices have achieved the expected requirements. The technical indexes completely accord with pertinent requirements, the data disposal is convenient and accurate, the interface is friendly. The performance of the device is favorable. The devices'stability and iterance are content of the requirements of the experiment.
