Study Of Coal Mine Safety Investment Based On The Principal-agent Theory

Safety investment is an effective countermeasure to address the problem of accident frequency in our country. Safety investment is total amount of human, money and material resources. The rational Safety investment brings not only the economic benefits but also the non- economic benefits. In the recent years, the schooners of our country have done many researches from the perspective of institution and the optimization of Safety investment fund, but there is little research on the problem of the incentive to the decider of the Safety investment.To resolve this problem, this paper mainly focus on how to effectively motivate the decider of the Safety investment in the course of investing and trying to analyze this problem based on the principal-agent theory, psychology, behavior science and the incentive theory. By way of theory analysis to recommend some useful suggestions .The works which have been done in the paper includes:1. From the perspective of the agent's opportunism behavior tendency ,this paper analyzes the effect on the coal mine which acts as the principal, and how to effectively motivate the decider of the Safety investment by way of the design of the rational incentive mechanism.2. From the perspective of systematic of Safety investment, the paper researches the problem of motivating the agent considering the circumstance of motivating the decider from many aspects to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of Safety investment fund and the safety level.3. From the perspective of dynamics of Safety investment, the paper researches the problem of achieving the goal of improving the efficiency of Safety investment fund and the safety level considering the problem of how to circumstance of problem of the relation between the principal and the agent lasts for long than one time.By way of researching the problem of the incentive on the Safety investment decider, the efficiency of safety investment fund would be improved and the safety production of the coal mine would be guaranteed, and it has great theoretical and practical significance on the safety level of the coal mine.
