The Study Of Industry Green Development Based On The Eco-City Construction

As population growing and economy developing fast,especially the urbanized advancement and industrial adjustment, city's ecosystem produces many problems, such as big energy consumption, water pollution and cultivated area reduction. To construct more suitable eco-city is inevitable choice for the social stability and economical sustained development.Eco-city is the city's new development way, which abandons the traditional economic development idea and points economy, society and environment, which aspect has full scale development. Further,the industrial structure and development model have the pivotal function to the urban development in eco-city. Completing the industrial green development is benefit for the city's overall ecological environment.The Yangtse Delta area's economy is Prosperous, especilally Shanghai. However, as the economy developing fast, more and more environmental problems come out, which become restriction factors for urban sustainable development. Quantitative analysis for Shanghai's ecosystem can be the scientific reliable theory basis for society and eonomic development, and also has vital practical significance for Urban environment ,ecological equilibrium and sustainable development.Under such Background, the paper researchs the eco-city's and industrial green development's definition, rationale, principle, method and content on theory, and researchs the relations between eco-city and industrial green development; Taking Shanghai as an example, based on the data from Shanghai yearbook, paper calculates the eco-footprint for Shanghai from 2002 to 2006 and try to find out the status of Shanghai's sustainable development. The result tells us the eco-footprint overpass the eco-acceptance from 2002 to 2006 for shanghai. According to the computed result, the paper discovers factors which affect the sustainable development, proposes the way to promote industry coordinated development, and hope to do better for Shanghai eco-city construction under the industrial green development's environment.
