In this paper, the complexes of some triazole fungicides (penconazole, myclobutanil, tebuconazole, triadimefon) with transition metal ions have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance and thermal analysis. The molecular formulas of the complexes were proposed. Controlled release of the complexes in aqueous solution was measured by chemical method. Meanwhile, the fungicidal activities of the complexes have been tested on different microorganisms.The dissertation includes the five results:1) The complexes of penconazole with Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Ni2+ and Mn2+ have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance and thermal analysis. The molecular formulas of the complexes were proposed. Controlled release of the penconazole complexes in aqueous solution was measured by chemical method. The photolysis of copper complex was investigated.2) The complexes of myclobutanil with Zn2+, Co2+, Ni2+ and Mn2+ have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance and thermal analysis. The molecular formulas of the complexes were proposed. Controlled release of the myclobutanil complexes in aqueous solution was measured by chemical method.3) The complexes of tebuconazole with Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Ni2+ and Mn2+ have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra and molar conductance. The molecular formulas of the complexes were proposed. Controlled release of the tebuconazole complexes in aqueous solution was measured by chemical method. 4) The complex was synthesized by the coordination of copper chloride with ligand triadimefon in water/toluene system, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance and thermal analysis. The possible structure was proposed. Meanwhile, bactericidal activity was studied, and the results indicated that the complex has good bactericidal activity. The activity against Rhizoctoni is better than that of triadimefon.5) The Fungicidal activities of the complexes of penconazole, myclobutanil and tebuconazole with transition metal ions have been invextigated and EC50 values were obtained .
