| The measurement of surface roughness using light scattering aims at smooth surface roughness measurement which is gradually attractive because of its high speed, high precision and anti-jamming.In this thesis, A measurement system using laser scattering is designed to make this measurement is the same with rougher surface. The measurement system has improved the measurement range at one time keeping the high precision. The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) The measurement using laser scattering is summarized and the recognized. The arithmetic to improve the measurement range is designed with the help of the scattering and optic detecting theory.(2) The optic and circuit diagram of sensor is designed. The signal gathering is carried out.(3) The data management subsystem is defined. The realization of the arithmetic is researched. |
