The thesis consists of two parts:The first part is a summation, which consists of two chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the application of cyclopropane units in organic synthesis. The chapter is to summarize the progress of cyclopropane units in organic synthetic reaction such as addition, rearrangement and pyrolysis in recent years. The second chapter introduces the methods for the preparation of cyclopropane units using alkene as the starting compounds, and focuses mainly on the the MIRC reaction and its applications in synthesis of cyclopropanes.The second part is our study on the high stereoselective cyclopropanation reaction of 3-acylcoumarins withα-bromoketones at room temperature based on the MIRC reaction. Our method is high stereoselective and faster and without catalyst. All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and IR.
