Hot dip aluminizing is a technology that integrates with strengthening,protection and decoration on the surface of iron and steel.It can intensify a lot of properties of iron and steel incorrosion resistance , resistance to heat and oxidation resistance at high temperature,decrease the economic loss by corrosion and abrasion,prolong the life of ferrous products greatly and bring good benefits.In the paper ,through orthogonal regression experimental design method, the relation between dip aluminizing time, dip aluminizing temperature and the aluminium deposition thickness was studied, and then the optimum parameters for hot dip aluminizing were determined. The results show that improving melt temperature and immersion time increases the thiekness of aluminizing coat,but in different melt temperature,the tendency will drop while increases the melt temperature.The alloy of aluminium and iron becomes by the ways of touching , pervading and chemical reaction of atoms.On the conditions of laboratory, the oxidation resistance at high temperature of iron are also studied,the results show that hot dip aluminium coating by the optimum parameters has better uniformity hot dip aluminium coating, and high temperature oxidation resistance ability. In order to deal with the testing datas fleetly,the orthogonal regression experimental design software was programmed by Delphi .
