The bosom of the oil field and the transportation of the base oil almost introduce pipeline。But, Usually, The quantity of the cere is rather high,So, during the transportation of the base oil , grease stain is able to formed in the pipeline and become more and more thick which can make the pipeline build up。Still, It can bring backup phenomenon when the problem is worse。In the petroleum pipeline,the rapidity which the grease stain form is related to the component,circumstance,temperature and so on,so, it is hard to forecast the location and the time of the jam in the petroleum pipeline。And because this circs, It is unrealistic to observe the instance of the grease stain in the petroleum pipeline。Thereby, a method which is simple,economic is in dire need of,checking the grease stain thickness at the exterior of the pipeline to the effect that we can clean out the grease stain in time。Besides the petroleum pipeline,it has heat preservation tier,so, the method of the over-sound and the microwave are all unused。So, we can use the method of the decay ofγ-ray to detect the grease stain thickness in the petroleum pipeline。Professor Liu shengkang in Nanjing university and Professor Wang shiheng in xinjiang university have made the attenuated experiment about the response relationship between the decay rate ofγ-ray and grease stain thickness and have measured the response curve about the different petroleum pipeline of grease stain thickness including heat preservation tier and without it。The result can be the important reference for the investigative。This article is based on the groundwork。The decay rate ofγ-ray in different petroleum pipeline of grease stain thickness is calculated with the Monte-Carlo method。The result agrees with the experimented result。Then the weighted method was considered to improve the variance。The response relationship between decay rate ofγ-ray and grease stain thickness was found,which is based on the unwasted transmission method and the development of measuring instrument。Then we use the weighted method to carry through the simulation and to compare to the result of the M-C method which has been testified that it can ameliorate the error and advance the account precision。And we still discuss the statistic estimate method to using the photon's sport course, the parse method to combine the flexible sample and the parse disposal。They all are the resort of reducing the error and boosting the compute efficiency。This study carry through the account by the Fortran program。Mainly by establishing physics and probability model,selecting equal parameter,debugging time after time,gained the logical result。The M-C method combining the experiment can reduce the manpower and material resources waste,find the jam of the grease stain conveniently and shortly。But the cost is cheaper,It shows the computer simulation is more agility,efficiently ,economical in the item study。...
