Eutectic alloy is one of the highly practical value alloys. Due to it's complex and various of the solidification process of the crystal growth,it is not easy to know the cause and effect relations of many factors. Of course,the solidification process of the crystal growth of the eutectic alloy is controlled by the thermal transmission,physical transmission,and the interface energy between the solid and liquid.So the paper narrates the complex crystal growth,the factors of controlling crystal growth and the abstract of the effect and mechanism.This paper use the computer and adopt the MCD to simulate the eutectic solidification growth including the growth process of the balance solidification and pattern on the basis of the neglecting some factors affecting less.This paper develops the steps as follows.1 When simulating the Pb-Sn eutectic crystal,the performance and shortcomings obtained by the scholars in and out of the home are summerized, the algorithm ameliorated is adopted, the reversible process in the course of Pb-Sn eutectic growth is analyzed,the method and procedure of endangering the random numbers are ensured, the simulating model of the Pb-Sn eutectic growth is instituted, the simulating theory and periodic boundry condition to simulate the Pb-Sn eutectic growth are implemented.2 According to the theory and pattern of the eutectic crystal growth,especially the analysis of the flake-like alloy growth and the solidification experiment done about the Pb-Sn eutectic crystal alloy by E. Cadirli,M. Gündüz,the necessary physical parameters of the Pb-Sn eutectic crystal alloy simulated ,temperature gradient,G,growth rate,V and cooling rate,GV are ensured. Based on Jackon– Hunt model which is developed a detailed theoretical model of regular eutectic,the cooling rate of lamellar eutectic and the curvature of interface, the relation betweenλEandG ,V ,GV is obtained. The value ofλEdecreases as the values G ,V and GV increase.3 Based on the above steps,procedure is programed to simulate Pb-Sn eutectic crystal alloy. At last,the result simulated is compared with the experimental result and theory conclusion and they tally well.During the period of the balance solidification of the eutectic crystal alloy,the cooling rate being appreciate,the pattern of lamellar eutectic is simulated well by computer.
