The experimental result shows:(1)Hydrochloric acid density as 6 mol/L, material liquid than as 1:4, hydrolyze temperature as 120℃, and hydrolyze time as 20 h is the best conditions to prepare compound amino acid by hydrochloric acid hydrolyze. This research and original industrialization report the data are compared with, hydrolyzed time to shorten to 20h by 22h of the original craft, the hydrolyzing rate is improved from 70 of the original crafts to 75.6. The shortening of time, enable and hydrolyze the section in addition, assist time and can be finished in 24 hours, make the production management more rational for science; Through the optimization of the process conditions, have certain improvement so as to hydrolyze rate, can achieve the goal of reducing the production cost.(2) The active charcoal decolourization rate of the grain can be up to 47.6, the decolorizing rate of resin of Model DA201-A is up to 94.2. Although activated carbon decolorizes the result and is not so good as the resin result of Model DA201-A, it is cheap,as to the thing that when the colour is expected very much, selecting the active charcoal for use can yet be regarded as a kind of ideal choice to decolorize pharmaceutical to do; While having high expectations for colour quality, regard resin of Model DA201-A as, decolorize pharmaceutical can meet premium requirement of quality.
