Silkworm has a very considerable value,it is rich in protein,fatty acids,chitin and other ingredients,which is an extremely rich and valuable natural resources and has a wide range of use in the food,pharmaceutical industries,chemical industries and other industries.This paper discussed the ultrasonic extracting silkworm chrysalis oil through the single-factor tests and orthogonal test,four parameters of extraction time, extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic power affecting the yield of silkworm pupa oil.The experimental results show that extraction time affected the yield of silkworm pupa oil significantly,optimal conditions of ultrasonic extracting silkworm chrysalis oil are as follows:ultrasonic power is 100W, temperature is 55℃,liquid ratio of 1:7,extraction time is 6h,in the above-mentioned conditions,the pupa oil extraction rate of 29.67%.In the process obtained the silkworm chrysalis oil that was good color,low odor on the conditionsThe use of urea purification ofα-linolenic acid were studied on the trends of the content and yield ofα-linolenic acid,which were affected by the ratio of raw materials,adduction time,adduction temperature.When the content ofα-linolenic acid was increasing,the yield ofα-linolenic acid was decreasing.As follows:the radion of fatty acid to urea to methanol(w/w/v) of 1:3:10,adduction temperature of 0℃,adduction time of 12h,fatty acid was adducted twice under the conditions,the content ofα-linolenic acid incresed from 37.45%to 83.87%,yield ofα-linolenic acid was 18.26%.Defatted silkworm was hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid,the process is simple, short production cycle,low cost,can be more fully hydrolyzed protein,high-yield. Hydrolysis of the best technology was solid-liquid ratio of 1:6,hydrochloric acid concentration of 6mol/L,the hydrolysis temperature of 103℃,the hydrolysis time\ was 18h,0.236mol compound amino acids was skimmed from 100g defatted silkworm,vacuum drying the solid was 31.62g,the yield of complex amino acid is 31.62%.Hydrolyzate was detreated 2h by adding 2%of activated carbon in a water bath at 80℃in the conditions of pH=3.Result of hydrolyzate is good.Hydrolyzate was purified by 732 strong acid cation exchange resin.After vacuum drying the final eluate was tasteless light yellow compound amino acid powder.The solid phase of urea clathrate was solved by the way of acid leaching under the conditions of liquid ratio of 2:l(pH=2-3),solution temperature of 70℃.Fatty acids were extracted with petroleum ether.The remainder of the urea solution was crystallizing at 0℃for 2 hours.Under these conditions recovery was 97.55%,the N content in recovery of urea was 45.89%converting to urea content of 98.3%.Urea, unsaturated fatty acids and mono-unsaturated fatty acids were separated and recovered.Urea can be recycled,the fatty acids isolated can be used as raw materials of additives and chemical,which overcome the problem of wasting and has great significance to use and develop resources reasonablely.
