The Synthesis Of New Sulfonylurea And Pyrimidineamine Compounds

The dissertation consists of two parts: the synthesis of pyrimidineamine compou- nds, and the synthesis of new sulfonylurea compounds.In order to find new sulfonylurea compounds with high selectiveity and low resid- ue, some 2-amino-4-methyl-5-substituted pyrimidine have been synthesized, and some new sulfonylurea compounds have been synthesized through sulfonylisocyanate or ethyl sulfonylcarbamate. All of them were identifed by 1H NMR, IR, and some of them were identifed by MS and elemental analysis. Some methods of synthesis have been optimized and improved for better yields and convenient operations. And some possible mechanisms of reaction have been discussed and presumed.
