The New Method Of Synthesis Of Sulfonylurea And The Synthesis Of New Sulfonamide Compounds

The dissertation consists of three parts: first, one-pot synthesis of sulfonylurea compounds; second, synthesis of new sulfonamide compounds; third, X-ray crystal analysis of 2-hydrazinocarbonylbenzenesulfonamide.It's a normal method of phenyl carbamate to synthesize sulfonylurea in laboratory, but the preparation of intermediates needs long time and troubling procedure. In order to improve this method, we use one-pot synthesis method instead of the previous, and got better yields, convenient operations, and some new sulfonamide compounds have also been synthesized.In order to find new sulfonylurea compounds with high selectivity and low resid- ue, some sulfonamide compounds have been synthesized, and we have tried to synthesize some new sulfonylurea compounds.Most of the new sulfonylurea compounds and sulfonamide compounds were identified by 1H NMR, IR, and some of them were identifed by ESI-MS, elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.
