Exploiture of Inner Mongolia Kaolin of Coal that is by way for the new aluminium resource will be the crucial orientation to synthetically utilize and solve situation, which is short of aluminium resource. In allusion to it, Inner Mongolia Kaolin of Coal was object, the rule of Al content of Inner Mongolia Kaolin of Coal and the structure and characteristic of kaolin of Inner Mongolia were studied in this paper. Study on the influence rule of framework of kaolin of Inner Mongolia which was disposed by acid measure and characteristic of disposed kaolin were approved in this paper. The variational effect on the kaolin performance of Si and Al, including acid characters and cracking capability, was examined by 27Al,29Si NMR, IR, Nitrogen adsorption, pyridine-TPD, and the test of cracking activity.The results indicated that there were possible three energy aluminium, which were Al(VI)of position of octahedron, Al(IV)of tetrahedron and Al(IV)of octahedron. In the structure, there was so-called"active Al(VI)", whose capability was stronger than the other part. Aluminium emerged from the framework of kaolin of Inner Mongolia, which was performed a function on Al(VI)of position of octahedron by hydrochloric acid. If the basal configurable characters has not any changes, the hydrochloric acid would chiefly acted on"active Al(VI)"of octahedron. Under this condition, the maximal dissolved of aluminium would be the summation of"active Al(VI)"and non-configurable aluminium.After disposed by hydrochloric acid, the exterior acid- characteristic had changed. When dissolved of aluminium increased, acid- characteristic of Al(VI)transformed into the Al(IV). As the aluminium content arrived to the maximal amount, the exterior acid- characteristic represented for the position of Al(VI).The results of Nitrogen adsorption, pyridine-TPD, and the test of cracking activity indicated the same result. As the aluminium content increased, the produce of gasoline obviously boosted, but diesel oil reduced. When the aluminium content arrived to the maximal amount, the liquid ratio was preferably presented, whereas desulfurized ratio was lower.Accroding to the disposed liquor of aluminium, When the dissolved of aluminium increased, the mucosity went up. As the aluminium content arrived to the maximal amount, the mucosity was 0.288Pa.s. This liquor could be produced into agglutinant named PAC.
