Water is the source of life, of human existence and the material foundation for socio-economic development. However, along with economic development, human development and use unreasonable, resulting in the waste of water resources and water pollution, causing China and many countries in the world is quite serious shortage of water resources, water resources can not meet the population growth and socio-economic development need. As an important reservoir on the surface drinking water source to the position of increasing, but at the same time the reservoir of environmental issues also have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, the introduction of ISO 14031 environmental performance evaluation standards to Yuqing Reservoir as an example, the reservoir on environmental issues through the establishment of a reasonable indicator system and apply science and mathematical methods to identify the major environmental impact of the reservoir, then analyzed reasons put forward proposals.The main study:1) I used the application of the evaluation method of ISO14001 standards to identify and evaluate the major environmental factors reservoir, established the reservoir environment Performance Evaluation System, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Topsis Method, then the results.2) Created a reservoir of environmental performance index, the establishment of the reservoir environmental performance evaluation index system, through index intuitive reaction Yuqing Reservoir environmental performance.3) Comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, according to environmental performance assessment results, reservoir analysis of the causes of the environment, and from the state of the environment, management performance, as well as operational performance measures and suggestions put forward.
