The profound culture of Shandong cuisine and people's missing and knowledge of it promote the retuming. And after tasting many kinds of novel flavor,people rechoose Shandong cuisine because of its moderate taste by making the five tastes in harmony.This essay discuses the measurements to carry on the culture of Shandong cuisine and promote the development of it according to the study of its history and present conditions. This essay also talks about the process of Shandong cuisine from different perspectives and how to make people reknow it to accelerate its development.Through analyzing,I think that the development of Shandong cuisine is inevitable. The culture of Shandong cuisine is rooted in Shandong and is spread to other areas in China and even in the globe. The study of carrying on and developing Shandong cuisine finds a way to protect and improve nonmaterial culture and we can learn a lot from it.
