Effected by abutment pressure, the support of roadway with cracked surrounding rock is a main problem of mining. Based on researches before and contraposing the producing geological conditions of 3100 island mining face of Daiyang coal mine, this paper studied the mechanism of pregrouting and lag grouting reinforcing with ZKD. It analyzed the relation between grouting parameters and the mechanical capabilities and mechanism and technology of bolt support in cracked surrounding rock. Synthetically using academic analysis, numerical calculate and laboratorial research, the supporting technology on mining roadway in cracked surrounding rock effected by abutment pressure of 3100 island mining face of Daiyang coal mine was ascertained. Local application indicated that pregrouting with ZKD improved the stability of driving face's roof coal effectively which can create advantages to roadway's fleetly driving and roof bolted. Grouting reinforcing with ZKD combining with bolt support controlled the cracked surrounding rock's distortion effectively, and solved the supporting problem of the testing roadway both in driving and mining periods. According to this research and local practice, academic gist and technical approach of roadway's distortion controlling in cracked surrounding rock effected by abutment pressure was put forward.
