Main haulage roadway which in Guqiao coalmine has a depth of780m encountered geological anomalies during its driving. Since rock crushing weak and large thickness have caused serious deformation of the roadway, which posed a threat to coalmine safety production. The usual rock control and technical means have not meet the requirements generated. Based on fully considering mine area complicated geological condition, surface advance grouting technique has used to improve self-supporting capacity of rock. At present, the deep and broken rock mass construction lack of experience, which has made the need for systematic study of the grouting process, grouting parameters and grouting effect assessment.In this paper, based on the summary of the stability of surrounding rock of roadway and research of grouting reinforcement mechnism, through analyzing the engineering geological conditions of surrounding rock of roadway, has carryed on the ground grouting engineering design and determined the scope of the grouting, grouting parameters, grouting pressure,water cement ratio and the end of the standard. In addition, using the method of branch drilling has saved drilling of quantities. After that, by underground observation and analysis of diffusion scope of slurry, has optimized grouting parameters. At last, according to the actual effect of the impact on the underground tunnel excavation after grouting, has put forward the following two reasons that caused the grouting effect is not obvious:On the one hand, grout diffusion is not uniform, on the other hand, the original rock broken contains many low intensity components. |
