Rated duty cycle of most arc-welding is only 60%,it caused energy in vain wasting。Statistics indicated,when the welding is in standby , approximately its active power loss 1%~2.5% and the reactive power loss 8%~9%,standby capacity is near to 10% power capacity。In addition, when welding idle ,secondary side voltages are 60~90V,which surpassed the body safe voltage standard greatly and often caused death accidents。So the problem of welding standby energy consumption and security aroused people's interest。First ,The article summarizes the existing technology of welding standby,analyzed the merits and demerits of existing technical,proposed one kind of novel solution----designs a ultra low power loss standby power control structure,standby power control device current fall to thirties microamperes,cuts off its primary side's alternating power while welding standby,using a un-chargeable long life battery power the standby power control device ,without replacing in the welding safety working life。From the system hardware and the control software two major parts, introduced the design content in detail。analyzed the different kinds welding characteristic,defined the system 4 kinds of working statuses,through theoretical analysis and Pspice simulation,designed the low power loss to starting electric circuit to monitor the welding starting,the voltage and current metering circuit to complete the system mode judgment and transform,the switching circuit to complete a welding primary side's alternating power turn off and on,the LED circuit real-timely display the survey of voltage and current,the power circuit to provide the system various part of electric circuits the power supply;the system software mainly take the MSP430F1222 as the platform,with the above hardware electric circuit, realized the functions of welding starting directs,AD sampling,statuses transition,LED display,turn on and off and so on,used the block design,gave various part of flow diagram,clear architecture,enhanced the program's readability。Researched the system anti-interference,the software and hardware has used some anti-interference method。In the experimental simulation platform,confirmed the system function,gave the measured wave of hardware electric circuit and system battery circuit of several statuses。The analysis result indicated that,the experimental wave,the data has been consistent with the design,also obtained the same result after the repeated tests,the performance was stable,realized welding security standby power technology,initially confirmed the design feasibility。...
