| At present, most of the oilfields in east China are running into the high water cut stage. Develop the high efficient and low cost separation equipment is a valid way of solving the problem that the separation technology are facing.The effect of the surface wettability, the roughness of the corrugated plates and the interval of the plates are studied, the results show that the separation effect of the oil wet surface is better than the water wet surface, the separation effect of the asperity plate is better than the glossy plate. A oil wet paint was adopted to change the galvanized sheets'single surface, which can make the coalescence surface be a oil wet one and the surface water fell be a water wet one, then it shows that the changed plate has a much better separation than the oil wet and water wet ones. The influence of the flow rate ,the length and the geology of the corrugated plates to the separation effect was studied, the inlet, commutate and corrugated compositions of the equipment was optimized based on the flow field and the pressure field by the numerical stimulation software Fluent 6.2, the results show that the optimized lengths of the corrugated plates is 700mm to 800 mm, and the plates with a corrugated coalescing oil surface and flat coalescing water surface can solve the problem that sediment sands blinds the flow channel. In view of the unscientific that the Stokes formula was adopted as the floating speed in the separation model established by the former researchers, a new model is established, the model consider the floating time, the coalescing time and the liquid film steadying time, which makes the model more close to the real situation. Based on the experimental and numerical research, an integration oil water separation equipment was designed, the equipment consists of three cavities, which can finish the progress of dehydrating of the crude oil and the deoiling of the sewage. |
