| The technology of continuous gas lift is widely applied in the world, the continuous gas lift has these characteristics: deep lifting degree, effective means of oil extract enhancement, widely displacement range, easy to control yield, widely applied, suitable for various kind of well status, easy test technology, easier to control downhole working condition. But the gas lift efficiency is seriously affected by slug flow, annular flow and mist flow appeared in the process of continuous gas lift. The throwing and pulling bubble breaker designed in the paper can transform above flow appeared in process of gas lift into bubble flow, the gas lift efficiency will be greatly improved.The study idea of this paper: based on studying and analysis condition of continuous gas lift, designed an improving gas lift efficiency downhole tool. It has the ability of throwing and pulling,can apply in commissioning oil well, not to change structure of pipe string, operation is simple and reliable, can finish installation and fishing in short time.First, the paper discuss the lifting mechanism of continuous gas lift, after research and analysis, make conclusion that the bubble flow is the best in gas lift, laying the foundation for this paper. Then, analyze the bubble breaker mechanism, main involve the bubble moving condition in bubble breaker, the bubble breaking process in the breaker. Propose that bubble breaking can divided into three processes: the breaking process of itself, the breaking process generated by soft wire in breaker, the breaking process of collision with soft wire. Then this paper propose the design scheme of throwing in and pulling bubble breaker and matching embarking, fishing serial, and finish the engineering drawing of final scheme. In the end finish the machining of bubble breaker, and take some ground tests, make preliminary conclusion: the design can meet function of throwing in and pulling. Next, take some downhole test and get the test data. |
