Gas lift is one of the important artificial lift at present, and have been widely used in the word. This paper discussed the application of the integrated gas lift technology in the Nanpu oilfield 1-3 artificial island and summarized the experience of that, including the design method of the gas lift, downhole tools, strings, diagnoses of performance, evaluation of efficiency and optimization of distribution. The technology of gas lift could support the development of Nanpu oilfield 1-3 artificial island and have an important guiding significance for the future application of gas lift technology in offshore oilfield.The research based on implementation of integrated gas lift in Nanpu oilfield 1-3 artificial island, studied on every parts of the implementation in high angle deviated wells in offshore oilfield, such as gas lift design, downhole tools selection, process optimization, performance diagnosis, system efficiency evaluation and optimal allocation of gas, in order to summed up a suit of gas lift technology for Nanpu Oilfield 1-3 artificial island, and improve the technology of gas lift. The research used the method of physical simulation, computer simulation and field test. The content of this paper is to optimize the pressure temperature calculation method of multi-phase flow in high angle wells, develop the auxiliary technology of gas lift and system efficiency evaluation and optimization. The main progress is:Firstly, the paper analyzed the multi-phase flow in the wells of Nanpu oil field. Combined with different inclination of two-phase flow physical simulation experimental results and actual well conditions, the study optimized multiphase flow formula for Nanpu oilfield, established multiphase flow formula in order to predict the gradient of temperature and pressure in different angles of wellbore. Based on those researches, the method of gas lift design have been established, and the method has been proved by a lot of field application.Secondly, according to the well conditions and application experience of gas lift tools in Nanpu oil field, selected suitable downhole tools for gas lift in the high angle wells, and developed different strings. The results fulfilled the needs of different production conditions and different production purposes.Thirdly, the study developed a suit of auxiliary technology of gas lift which include diagnosis technology and paraffin control technology, these techniques to ensure the operation of the gas lift wells.Finally, the paper established the method of efficiency evaluation for gas lift wells, which can provide a basis for the optimization of single well, well group and the whole block. The results have improved the system efficiency and production rate.
