Along with the exploit and utilization mining resources, high grade ores with high value are speedily decreasing. Meanwhile, requirements for mining resources are increasing. Therefore, people consider reclaiming mining resources of lean ores, thin ores and mixed ores, which actuality challenge the current mineral processing techniques.Hydro-cyclone is one of the most important equipments, which is used for separating mineral and gangue in mineral processing and its classification capability and efficiency directly affect the quality of production and operating efficiency of mining resources. Based on the above, a control system for pump-sump level in techniques of self-stabilize pressure of hydro-cyclone has been designed, which improve efficiency of classification and solve the problem of pump's blow.The main work of this paper includes:1) Focus on production and processing techniques of wulfenite, especially, parameters of technology and guide lines of work about hydro-cyclone;2) According to the plant and characteristics of technics, a control system designing program for pump-sump pulp level in technics of self-stabilize pressure of the hydro-cyclone has been proposed;3) Analyze the control plant, Because of its traits of long-playing response, design multi-modal control arithmetic, adopt subsection control, P control which can increase the speed of response, and FuzzyPID control which make no extra-regulation and static deviation in system response;4) Validating algorithm and system simulation. Accomplish modeling and identification for electrovalve, simulate and analyze multi-modal control arithmetic in MATLAB, compare simulation results of Fuzzy and FuzzyPID control arithmetic;5) Design the control system, whose core is PLC control box. The box read data from liquid level sensor. Through analysis of adaptive P-FuzzyPID software in PLC, output electric current and control electrovalve openning.Results show that the P-FuzzyPID control algorithm has a good anti-jamming ability and robustness; meanwhile the high accuracy can meet the requirements of technics, which establishes the foundation for application of the new technics.
