With the vigorous development of mining enterprises,the safety of mining operations has received more and more attention.In the tailings workshop of mine production,it is an important condition to ensure the effective prediction and control of the liquid level in each tailings station to ensure the safe production and operation of the mine.This article will take the Anshan Iron and Steel Group Qidashan Concentrator as an example to carry out predictive control research on the liquid level corresponding to each pump station in a large multi-pump station workshop,so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring safe production.The traditional control method is manual control method.The dispatcher observes whether the liquid level of a pumping station exceeds the limit in the dispatching room.When the liquid level is about to exceed or has exceeded the limit,the analysis is based on previous experience and the relevant adjustment method,and then notify the operator to adjust accordingly.This method has shortcomings such as large lag and low adjustment efficiency,which may even cause the liquid level to exceed the limit,thereby causing unnecessary losses to the overall mine production.In order to realize the early adjustment of the liquid level of the pumping station,improve the adjustment efficiency and reduce the labor intensity,this paper has designed a set of tailings pumping station prediction and control system.The main work of this article includes:(1)The data in the pumping station is collected in real time by PLC and stored in the SQL database,and then the data of the pumping station is read by Lab VIEW.ARIMA,GM(1,1),GM-ARMA and other algorithms are adopted to predict the actual production site liquid level of tailings pump station,and the three are compared to obtain more accurate prediction results.At the same time,prediction of different functions is completed according to the site demand.(2)Based on the analysis of the relationship between the pumping stations in the tailings workshop and the experience of the field experts,a set of expert fuzzy rule controller is designed to change the traditional manual analysis method and realize the more rapid and accurate regulation of the pump station liquid level.(3)The software system is designed according to the actual needs of the tailings multipump station workshop of the Anshan Iron and Steel Group Qidashan Concentrator.The software system design includes system user login,real-time data acquisition and monitoring,liquid level prediction,adjustment opinions,early warning and alarm records,expert opinion modification and other modules,and realizes friendly humancomputer interaction functions.The system is programmed and tested and debugged on the spot through Lab VIEW platform.The test results show that the predictive control system of the intelligent pumping station realizes the functions of early judgment of liquid level change trend and expert fuzzy control adjustment.Compared with manual control method,the system improves the speed and efficiency of liquid level adjustment,reduces the workload of employees,enhances the automation level of tailings workshop,and has higher economic benefits and practical value.
