With the development of petroleum industry and the increasing requirement for petroleum-product of mankind, people pay more and more attention to the oil pollution。When dealing with environmental pollutants biotechnology has many advantages like treated fast, low cost, more effective, mild conditions, no secondly pollution and friendly to environment. So it arouses immensely hope to ultimately tackle the environmental problem. The object of this study is the high efficient crude oil degrading fungi. The utilization of the two strains of different hydrocarbons was measured by carbon source optimization and the fungi's effect during the crude oil degradation was also determined in the stimulant experiment about the remediation of oil contaminated soil. Main results are as follows:1. Two strains of high efficient crude oil degrading fungi were obtained from the strains isolated from the oil contaminated soil by domestication.2. The results of the carbon source optimization indicated that: the utilization of the two strains of different hydrocarbons was: cetane>Liquid Paraffin>cyclohexane. The utilization of fungi 6 of cetane and cyclohexane was significantly higher than fungi 8.3. The results of the remediation experiment of the polluted soil indicated that: addition of the foreign microorganism to the soil can effectively enhance the degradation of the crude oil. Fungi have different degradability on all components of oil, especially the degradation of both strains on aromatic hydrocarbon and fungi 8 on nonhydrocarbon.4. The relativity of the ability of two strains to degrade the crude oil in the remediation experiment was different from the result of carbon source optimization, which shows that the activity and degradability to contamination of fungi can be affected by the characteristic of environmental media. The result of this study which confirmed that the addition of the foreign fungi to the contaminated soil can increase the degradation rate of the pollutant provide theoretical basis for the in-situ remediation of the soil polluted by crude oil.
