In recent years, because of the accelerating development of oil industry and the nervous about per capita land, soil pollution problem becomes great harm. It gradually appears on the damage of soil and soil oil pollution caused by pollution and ecological environment, ecological, crop of pollution area and negative health effects. The ground oil pollution of soil environmental caused by oil production and the development process, which once is ignoring, becomes the attention of certain.This article takes the soil by ground oil pollution from oilfield, gets high efficient degradation bacteria on its degradation performance testing. After screening again, the degradation rates of HXB1 which after training 1 week, four weeks.12 weeks at last run up to respectively 44.1%,53.3%,57.6%. are higher than the others'in the same period. Thus ultimately chooses HXB1 as the high efficiency degradation bacterium. The results of its growth rule and optimal conditions for growing are that:the best training time is 16h;pH always in approximately 7 fluctuations. The result of pH is same with the soil pH. Conductivity maximum growth has appeared earlier than the maximum 6h:injection time for training 16h order.
