On The Researching And Rebuilding Of The Equipment Of FOCKER408 Packing Machine For Detecting And Sorting Out The Absent Packets From The Cartons Of Cigarettes

The system of online detecting the absent packets from the cartons of cigarettes is the key equipment in the cigarette packing machines.Its main functions are to check whether there is any absent packets in the packed cartons of cigarettes,and eliminates the absence packed cartons of cigarettes.In the Dali Cigarette Factory,the eight sets of FOCKER408 which are the main equipments for packing hard packet,are charged with the most of the hard packet packing tasks in their production division.So the running status of the sets will affect apiece packing tasks carded out.Whereas,in the original detecting absence packets system of the FOCKER408 machine,the inductance type transducer(a near switcher) which subtle to the metal was adopted to detect the absence packets.It detected object is the aluminum-foil paper in the packed cigarettes.While the packed cartons of cigarettes getting across the detector in turn and the detector couldn't identify the aluminum-foil paper,the cartons cigarettes would be regarded as packet absence and be stored out immediately.Due to the design of the detecting equipment,when detected,the packets of cigarettes in the cartons were expected to be totally well arranged and the cartons of cigarettes which are packed in the metal-dull-polish cartons couldn't be detected.As a result,in the actual production the fault of detecting was apt to occur and the cartons of cigarettes with absences of the packets might be fed into the market,which are packed in the metal-dull-polish cartons couldn't be detected.As a result,in the actual production the fault of detecting was apt to occur and the cartons of cigarettes with absences of the packets might be fed into the market,which have influenced on the production quality badly and attainted our corporate identity.As a compensation for these,it is badly needed to find out a new way in which detecting the absences of packets will become more convenient and reliable.Aiming at above the problems,in our system of the detecting the packed absence of the cartons of cigarettes,we used feed sensor,weighing-indicator to detect the packets absence in the cartons of cigarettes,and according as the relative change of the weight which of the cartons of cigarettes to estimate the cartons of cigarettes whether or not absence packed cigarettes.At the same time,the absence packets of cigarettes will be sorted out while the air valve is started to control the cylinder under the control of PLC.In this way of detecting,the absence of cigarette packet is identified only by the weight of the carton of the cigarettes.Hence,however the packets of cigarettes in the cartons are arranged and whatever the packing material is,the result of detecting will not be influenced at all and the problems in the original way of detecting will be naturally solved.After service trials,this equipment can be found working with the advantages of stability and reliability and the convenience of maintenance.Nowadays,the equipment is extended on the all eight sets of FOCKER408 machines in Dali Cigarette Factory.
