Due to the high concentration propagation oil and much suspended matter in restaurant oil water, which makes it fountainhead of pollution . restaurant oil water unsettled not only aggravate the burden of wastewater plant but also affect the drainability., meanwhile the untreated oil water brings to eutrophication of the water and threaten environment and health of human.In addition, restaurant oil water contains many characteristic such as complex organic compounds , weak stability ,difficult to pretreat, the aptotic drainage time, much flux one time ,these make it to difficult to treat. The paper focus on the introduction of the source and fatalness, actuality of restaurant oil water, and expatiates the flocculation mechanism. Through a single test and discovered cross-over trial: polyaluminum chloride treatment of oil wastewater catering to the effect of significantly higher than traditional iron aluminum series. In terms of COD and oil content indicators are far beyond the aluminum chloride, ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate. with the treatment of oil wastewater using PAC + PAM , the process determines the PAC and the best use of polyacrylamide, the best PH value, the best temperature, the best combination of factors such as speed , after the experiment COD ,and the ultimate removal oil content was 84.2%, 66.3%, the effluent COD, oil content were: 176 mg/L, 138mg/L respectively. To meet the effluent to "Discharge standard for municipal wastewater" The experiment use the simple method of air flotation after chemical flocculation to further reduce the oil content ,The treatment effect proves distinctly in the, PH value of around 8.0 , air time was 11 min, 3kg/cm~2 air pressure, the oil removal can be up to 47.5% meanwhile the effluent meets discharge standards. Considering the best flocculation conditions such as the best dose, PH value and the ultimate response to the reaction time and other factors on the impact of removal effect for the industry to deal with similar wastewater provide a frame of reference.Finally, the article also analyzes the process of technology and economy , by experiment, we can see that this experiment on the handling of restaurant oil water has a good economic, social and environmental benefits.
