Research on environmental benefits for Non-commercial Forest will be conducive to the protection of Non-commercial Forest and the sustainable development of society.In this research, on the basis of describes the environmental benefits of forest resources, reference the results of domestic and foreign-related literature, based on scientific, systematic, practical, and the principle of comparability, with the actual situation in Chun'an County, Screening the indicators such as water conservation, soil conservation, maintains the balance of the atmosphere, to purifies the environment and the conservation of biological diversity and so on. On this basis, research on environmental benefits for Non-commercial Forest of Chun'an County. The results show that:(1) The environmental benefits values for Non-commercial Forest of Chun'an County add up to 622444.37 Yuan every year, is 1.11 times to the GNP. Which consist of 28465.13 Yuan of water conservation, 466743.08 Yuan of soil conservation, 13040.25 Yuan of maintains the balance of the atmosphere, 53068.82 Yuan of purifies the environment, 61127.09 Yuan of the conservation of biological diversity.(2)The order of the environmental benefits values for Non-commercial Forest of Chun'an County is that the value of soil conservation more than the conservation of biological diversity, more than water conservation, more than purifies the environment, more than maintains the balance of the atmosphere. The value of soil conservation is the largest, accounting for 72% of the total value. Maintain the balance of the composition of the atmosphere is the smallest, accounting for only 2%. Water Conservation accounted for 9%.
